Are prenatal fitness classes worth taking and what are the benefits?
Hey everyone, I am currently pregnant and considering taking prenatal fitness classes. However, I am wondering if these classes are worth the investment and what benefits I can expect from them. I know that staying active during pregnancy is important but I want to make sure that the class I choose is tailored for pregnant women and will provide me with the most benefits. Can anyone here share their experience with prenatal fitness classes and what benefits they have personally experienced? I would really appreciate any advice or recommendations you can give me.
